At first, I thought there was going to be a big journalist/ethical question about whether or not to ban entire servers. @adamdavidson The biggest usability and governance challenge Mastodon will face over the coming weeks will be spammers and trolls infesting the big instances faster than volunteer mods can take them down. Which will cause other instances to start to block infested instances. And then new users who defaulted to the big but infested instances will have the headache of migrating to and starting over on a new instance. I've known some intensely smart jews, even been friends with a few.
