I think in general he does most of his work in good faith, but he’s heavily biased in the work that he chooses to do, and sometimes, intentionally or unintentionally, either exaggerates or makes up his facts sometimes. It’s a large part of why I stopped watching him consistently years ago.

I think that's a pretty fair evaluation. There's also only so much capacity to pull in information. These days I typically listen to Crowder, No Agenda, Lotus Eaters, Tim Pool sometimes (although only until Ian starts talking), the Babylon Bee podcast (great interviews; they did one with Elon a few months ago), Unlimited Hangouts (podcast) .. a few others here and there.

See, I think this is really interesting and hilarious. I’m not against transgenders being free to be free to do whatever, but I am concerned about MtF domination in women’s sports and the fact that it’s moving from the realm of ideology, philosophy and religion to a “hard science.” I do have libertarian trans friends I get along with; they knowing these limits to those beliefs.I don’t think Crowder is a bad guy in these situations. He’s pointing out absurdity, and doing it consistently in relation to his own ideology. It’s also interesting where we were in 2015 compared to now.I do generally agree with his stance. If that makes me a bad person in your mind, I guess I am. But I also want to live in a world were we can have those thoughts about each other, but still be congenial and nice to one another. And I have slowly seen it build over the past 20 years. I’ve lived in several different countries; and it is an emergent phenomenon affecting the entire West .. and it was so weird to see in both New Zealand and in my home nation. I do subscribe to the argument Matt Walsh makes in What is a Woman?. I agree more with trans people like Blaire White .. specifically trans people who are against sex hormones for kids and teaching transgenderism in primary/middle school. I think that’s a reasonable stopping point for society right now. Adults can make their own decisions. Let’s not sterilize children.

There is an option to also report them to the other instance too but in many if not most cases you should NOT do that because the abuser is often a moderator or admin of the instance they operate from.Your own admin can then block the abuser or whole instance for all users on your instance, whereas when you block it only does it for your timelines.None of this guarantees the abusers are isolated from you...they can still find ways to read your posts and comment on them amongst themselves etc but it does block direct interactions and help prevent amplification of their activities.

You have to make sure the admin of an instance is not abusive themselves first.Admins can and do share block lists both amongst themselves and in public posts tagged with #FediBlock There are some lists out there if you search that hashtag but it isn't perfect. We need to improve tools for federated moderation. The proper solution is complicated but it needs more attention.
