       Why does the official Mastodon app call it "Reblogging" and not "Boosting" like every other app? Even "Reposting" makes more sense. Calling it Reblogging is confusing. You Publish a Post and then Reblog other people's published Posts?? If there's a prefix at all, it should at least qualify the initial verb. Just sayin.

       @horkrvkz They tried to make it all official sounding. Same reason “toots” are now “posts”.
