@ParadeGrotesque i find it very simple to use with the sole exception being when I tried to submit a change to git itself. Their repos and the policies surrounding them appear to be designed to make you think it’s 1992 again, when you could play the exciting game of Sending Patches By Email

@ParadeGrotesque git is nice compared to what it replaced. I am not nostalgic for CVS and Subversion, and abandoning Team Foundation Server in favor of git is one of the few decisions Microsoft made that I approve.

@starbreaker @ParadeGrotesque Same here, I was able to grasp git basic complexity when I was still doing trial and error with Subversion. I'm not sure if it's the software itself or its pretty good documentation, but the comparison is striking.
