@gme as much as i dislike the "it'll never happen" mind set, i gotta admit i had that feeling for this whole twitter thing. but hearing the actual numbers of what this purchase cost in terms of loans and tesla stock, and what the service of that loan will be year after year after year, i'm starting to get that feeling. even if twitter and elon do everything perfectly, i don't know what they could do to get out from under this. i'm kind of shocked a person can fuck up this bad lol.

@gme people say they are staying at twitter and all that and that is fine, what they do@not realise is that Twitter in 6 months won’t be what Twitter is today. At some point they won’t want to be part of that platform.

@gme @nickapos I have to actively search for people I follow. It's quiet, not a lot of $hit posting seen by me but I use all the Twitter fikters. It looks very quiet, those who remain, who are blue checkmark or well known activists, they've been disconnected from the public TL. For now notifications tell me if someone posts but I'm sunk if any remaining engineers figure that part of the code out. 😟
