       @siina @Graycot @jalefkowit Yeah, dunno. This one feels different to me. Who is showing up isn't just the queer techies who want to play with the tech; not just the ideology-first FOSS nerds, but people who aren't actually that invested now seem to be actually connecting, not just trying it out.

       @aredridel @siina @jalefkowit Yeah, mastodon.art is becoming a beast with popular Twitter artists moving over, it really is an incredible place right now, and the admin is down-to-earth and part of the community.Lots of other people who are, for lack of a better word, normies have been popping up in the timeline, especially academics and the science communites.
