Peer review is good. There should be someone demanding you show your work and double checking it before awarding you high marks.The problem issue clout and credibility system. There are a lot of ways to test a hypothesis with bad methodology to get the results you want.Ideally, peer review should be looking for that.Instead, it is saying, “We have an ideological disagreement with your findings. With infinite probability you will catch it, you will get air aids, and you will die, right? So why try and cheat death, its impossible. Youll roll bad dice and die anyways.

If they were squeezed they would push the oldest people, say 14 & 15 year olds into adult care - dropping the maximum age to 14. You could also say reducing the maximum age to 14.
