       The best part about mastodon is you get to keep your followers and following even if you host your own instance/node later. This is called pure freedom :allthethings: I had 5k friends on facebook, 700 followers on Instagram and nearly 25k connections on LinkedIn before I deleted them in 2019-20. Soon I will get rid of Twitter as well :blobcatfingerguns: :blobcatglowsticks:
