       @Smirking @PinochetsCommieCopter Assault is the act of approaching someone in a threatening manner.  I’ll repeat that.If someone runs up to you with their fists clenched, that’s assault.Battery is physical harm.There was definitely an assault here.  That’s more than an attempt.
