I don't know how much of it is just in my head but I do genuinely feel more energetic and outgoing when I don't jerk off for a while. I'm pretty darn confident it's no worse than neutral healthwise and if nothing else is a way to practice self-restraint.

@xianc78 Do we have records of epidemics of prostate cancer from back when people thought masturbation would cause blindness? @ArdainianRight I think being exposed to chemicals contribute more to cancer. Use natural chemicals for cleaning, pest control, etc and avoid GMO foods.

@xianc78 @ArdainianRight There are a few things wrong with some of his demonstrations. One is that he shows that "gamma radiation can't penetrate me" by showing that the counter pings less if he puts himself between. The problem is that uranium doesn't give off gamma radiation exclusively. So he blocked beta radiation that was also triggering it.

@ArdainianRight My point was that if “science” can say puberty blockers and castration are good for you then it can pretty easily say porn addiction is good for you too, for whatever bullshit marginal benefit they got one or two studies to say. The fact that not cooming or cooming infrequently is more associated with people with healthier lifestyles and people who coom 3 times a day typically are lower energy and less healthy is a pretty self evident observation anyone can make, a study isn’t needed for that just like you don’t need a study to tell you that touching a hot stove will burn you. Common sense is common sense.

@xianc78 @ArdainianRight I just finished it. Despite what I said I do think that guy is right about a lot of things. It's sad really.Maybe they want the regulations so low so if anyone has any thing it can be easily detected. If you did want to set up a small home power plant just for heating water or a pool, they could find it. It might be harder for them without a pristine environment. It's like banning hemp to make marijuana easier to identify.
