He admits the site costs a lot to run but there's no actual revenue generating facet of the site. He doesn't get a cut of what the other streamers make because their donation platform is owned by the Loulz guy and Loulz apparently said no when Nick asked for part of the money, as he should have.I think Nick is trying to get the other streamers to pay him for being on the platform by having PoliticallyProvoked doing big flashy donos and thanking him for allowing her to use the site.

I worked with publishing companies before who had their processors stripped from them and they had to use mail in checks or even cashapp as a source of income.If Nick if the owner of Cozy TV and not (((Michael Zimmerman))) then the superchats he receives in his streams is Cozy making income because he supposedly owns the site. You just said he doesn't make any income off the site. You said he needs a payment processor, but if he owns the website the personal money he makes from superchats should cover that.

To my knowledge there were originally 3 people involved. Loulz, Baked and a third party. Loulz did all the coding / work with the other guy and Baked financially backed it. The third guy bailed because he thought Baked acted like a fat grifting disingenuous faggot. This left Baked and Loulz. Baked has no coding or technical ability and was actually locked out of the system for awhile. He resolved things with Loulz and then bridged things between Loulz and Nick to get Powerchat all over Cozy.Nick had to work out an agreement with Loulz in order to renegotiate terms and receive a cut from all Cozy Powerchats which tells me that Loulz has the ability to kill any deals Powerchat might be part of. This leads me to believe he owns the majority or has ownership of some critical IP that prevents Baked from making decisions.

This is only my guess, but part of the renegotiation with Nick possibly led to Nick taking some ownership state in the company because of Cozy and himself being so dependent on it. It could be that it became a 3-way split between him, Baked and Loulz where he and Baked had enough controlling interest to make that decision.
