@BrodieOnLinux in all honesty, for trademarks and also the domains, someone needs to own that, and a "community" can not legally own either, so it's either the dev who started it, or some nonprofit, I guess.The nice thing is, that thanks to the GPL, the code itself is not limited by any of these.
