I don't care what kind of disclaimer or waiver you sign, it goes out the window if the other party acts in a negligent manner. Several people had already hurt themselves in this pit prior to her breaking her back, and they kept it open and had fucking announcers there encouraging people to jump. She absolutely can and should sue Twitch, any other organizers of Twitch Con, the vendor that provided the foam pit, even the emcees who were on the microphone when she jumped.

If you sign one and you were not informed properly that could void it. This is why on dangerous shit they will expressly tell you on camera that this could lead to xxx. ‘By signing this document you acknowledge that we are not liable if you were to hurt yourself falling into this ballpit.’ Type of deal.
