I've heard a lot of bad relationship advice in the general DR before but "when you argue with your spouse you should break a dinner plate or punch a hole in the wall" is probably the worst, and from a supposedly married man, to boot. The follow-up to this was "women do shit tests because they're horny so you have to be violent because that's what turns them on."Gentlemen if you are still being shit-tested by the time you're married then your marriage is likely not as secure as you think it is. I think it depends on whether that first strike actually knocks them over or if it's just a puny shove. Also whether or not they expect some male friends to back them up.
