I have read through posts in this thread and see that you don't currently want phalloplasty due to risk of necrosis. But a surgery that doesn't carry the risk of necrosis is still a very long way off. How will you last until then? If you can find the help to survive to that point, you can survive while not needing surgical intervention at all.In your other posts you have said that you have co-morbidities and I do wonder if everything has been balled up together and you think that major surgical operations will somehow cure all of your problems. It wont. You have no way of knowing that you will feel any better by getting a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy - you just believe it will. These are life impacting surgeries and carry risks (as do all surgeries).The fact that you admit to having delusions, panic attacks, and suicidal meltdowns upon seeing yourself show that you are not well. Are you really in a mental state to be able to be the judge as to whether X, Y or Z surgery will resolve your issues?I have no reason to doubt that you have gender dysphoria (or any other condition you have stated). I have no reason to doubt that you experience these horrible feelings in your situation, and I do not want you nor anybody to experience those. Life is filled with enough external struggles that we don't need internal struggles such as these. @Ashalam @LexiconDevil @Mackiavelli13 @Torquemada @80D @C_J_S @Some_German_Guy @bot my parents have always been together. i don't recall much of my childhood, but i *do* recall a few things-we lived in a shitty, dingy, extremely poor dangerous-to-our-health apartment for 14 years, but from 1-3 and 17-18 i lived with my abusive grandmother-according to my mom, i couldn't walk until i was 2 or use the toilet until i was 4. the toilet bit was because my grandmother refused to let me learn in her house and i was screamed at until i was forced to only piss outside. in her backyard.-despite this, i was only diagnosed with autism (and ocd) at 8. my sister and father were diagnosed with autism and adhd just about the same day, if not month as me-i was diagnosed because i quite literally was washing my hands raw and picking skin off my hands, scalp, face, and arms, panicking over touching grass, dirt, trees, any sort of plant life and also anything anyone else touched for any reason-regardless, i was treated as a gifted kid and child prodigy due to my abnormally high test scores and how i was learning far faster than my peers. i was quickly put in the best classes at my (ghetto) elementary school, and quickly fell behind in 5th and 6th grade.-in jr high (7th and 8th) i fell out of honors and in 6th, i started to need a tard wrangler follow me everywhere due to my problems and violent nature to others and myself-most of the tard wranglers were terrible. 2 were great, and one i still have contact with to this day.-i nearly failed high school due to the lockdowns and teachers not doing their jobs. i passed with a (if i recall correctly?) 1.0-1.5 gpa. my average in 9th and 10th was a 2.0, and in 11th, a 3.0.-my grandma was extremely abusive over her pyramid scheme of choice (shaklee), she wanted me to only have their pills and never eat, she forbade me from taking snacks or eating with my family, leading to me binge eating late at night while she slept, having a window from 10pm to 4am to eat anything at all. i was 180lbs when she started it, 220 when i left, and i ballooned to 260 due to not breaking the habit while being allowed to eat at other times-she also tried to force me into conversion therapy, dump my psych meds, bury my cat (who died partially due to her), then wipe my boots clean of the mud while i was trying to keep going, made me unable to leave my room, made me sleep on rabbit shit, made me clean up after everyone, and threatened my life repeatedly over her delusions. she kicked me out after trashing my room because i asked mom what happened, physically assaulting mom for protecting me, when she's physically disabled-as an adult, i have brain damage and very poor mental faculties from living in the dingy apartment. i cannot recall how to take basic care of myself, like cooking, using a stove or oven, and tying my shoes. i used to be able to use an oven, but never retained the stove or shoe knowledge
