       @lexi@cailincat.cloud it really is a battle we can’t win on our own. right wingers frequently accuse “the hysterical woke crowd” of not being open for discussion considering “both sides” on the issue of trans rights while they themselves have absolutely no intention of engaging in good faith. it’s incredibly frustrating and sad how we can’t do anything but watch as their empty rhetoric is mindlessly repeated, spreads, interferes with progressive politics, and increasingly incites aggression against trans people.
