@Doktor-Ess Matt Vickers did a long stream a few weeks ago where he read the stipulations that Ethan has agreed to in order to see Xander. There are quite a number of them and several of them are very restrictive in a way that will compromise Ethan's ability to live the degenerate lifestyle he enjoys. He used the Freedom of Information Act to obtain the court docs (since he's not a party to the case between Ethan and Faith and thus lacks standing, having his own, totally separate case in the same court).One of these was that Ethan must submit to drug testing in order to be permitted visitation. Having any evidence of illegal drug use (other than marijuana, which California does not hold against a party) means no visitation. Most notably, this will heavily curtail his ability to use cocaine to maintain his asinine streaming schedule.He's also required to go to anger management ( :gunt: ) and a bunch of other things, including pay almost $200,000 in child support over the next 2 decades. Keep in mind that he had literally written Xander off, posting a long screed about how he'd never bend the knee to the Vickers on anything and that Xander would find him as an adult, so this is him being bullied into kissing the ring by Kiwi Farms because he couldn't stand us hammering on the pain point of "he's never even seen his son".

@Haru @Doktor-Ess That and he can't show up drunk to his visits or use the bird app/livestreaming to grift pitybux. Also he has to find a place to stay there in California for these supervised visits which most highly doubt that Dick Masterson will let him crash on his couch for forever.

Between the Vickers and everyone else, only the Vickers have to deal with the rage pig.I do believe Matt & Faith severely undermined their cases against the Bog Hog with their incessant sperging.

@Elmo @RabbiChaimNosenberg @Doktor-Ess Right. Ethan was harassing Vickers over Twitter and evidently via text messages. Vickers filed for a regular restraining order (not a domestic violence restraining order like Faith's - this is why Vickers' is bidirectional and Faith's is unidirectional and far more strict) and Ethan defended himself pro se with a truly embarrassing filing that included several pages of seething about Kiwi Farms and even several screenshots of the forum. Needless to say the judge did not find this to be a compelling defense and he lost big, putting the restraining order into effect.

Ralph and my order is bi-directional because we both agreed to that after finding out Faith needed her own anyway. My wife and sons are protected by that agreement, but it is unidirectional for them.Faith's order was not imposed by the court, Ralph agreed to a 5 year restraining order willingly, without putting up a fight. All stipulations related to support and visitation were also agreed upon.The moral of the story here is that Ralph is under no restrictions that he hasn't agreed to. Nothing was imposed on him beyond the Temporary Restraining Order phase.
