Remember out there new #TwitterMigration folks - network effects only work if you stick around and share things. A social network dies with no socialing happening. Share things you like. Boost things you find interesting. And remember there is no algorithm to hold your hand and/or manipulate you, no ads to build up your tastes, so enjoy the process.

@jefmes Completely agreed! In fact, one of the things I've always liked about Mastodon is that its so much easier to get interactions from people on here that are actually constructive and considerate.You're not just shouting into a void.
