       Down to less than 2 weeks for the Ukraine to deliver a massive victory that their US handlers demanded prior to the midterm elections. However, the last 3 weeks have been a Benny Hill sketch of Ukrainians moving reserves all over the front to try to fill gaps and stop Russian advances, while also breaking themselves and losing thousands against hardened Russian defenses in completely uncoordinated offensives that still utilized tactics that were obviated by early October.On top of that, every day that goes by, every front gets reinforced by the Russians, and gets one day closer to the Russians ending Ukraine's numerical superiority. Currently, between mobilized reserves, Russian volunteers, and various units from non-Russian members of the Federation, at least 400,000 men are on their way to the front. Russian regulars are also staging in Belgorod and south of Minsk, although it's not certain whether this is a distraction or preparation for an offensive (it can be both simultaneously).On top of that, weather in the Kreminna region is extremely bad right now. Heavy rains, and the ground is 15 inches of muck. Sure, that prevents both Ukes and Russians from advancing in the region, but the Russians only need to play defense there, it's the Ukes that are desperate to push east from there to Lisichansk.If the Ukraine is going to launch a big offensive during the US midterm deadline, the conditions for them are far worse now than they were 3 weeks ago, but only get worse with each additional day, so if something big is going to happen, it will have to start soon. This includes this "dirty bomb" scenario which Russia has been trying to get ahead of in the information cycle.

       @BobsonDugnuttHB My guess is an offensive south out of Belgorod towards Kharkov and from Belarus to Chernihiv one the ground tightens up. Should be able to cut supply lines for most of the east that way

       @RowdyRamzan Would have the additional advantage of instantly operationally encircling all the Ukrainian forces on that front, as well as a huge proportion of the NATO regulars pretending they're mercenaries that are currently in-country.

       @BobsonDugnuttHB if the russien lines can stay intact until the first snow things will get fun.russia is definitely going for a big winter offensive.none of the western gear is designed to operate in those conditions.it will be a clusterfuck, a reverse winter war.

       @Some_German_Guy @BobsonDugnuttHB I would half disagree and say that NATO does have an advantage with thermal sensors and detection which would become even more of an advantage during the winter, even if minimally
