       Today marks the one year anniversary of the debut of my #gnulinux journey.I never, ever thought I'd become a Free software zealot and a supporter of digital rights and freedom, all within year; and I have the glorious GNU/Linux operating system to thank for that.I went from using #KDE, to #xmonad, editing in #vim to #emacs - and I'm so excited for what's to come in the near future.(1/2)

       I cannot express all of my love for Linux, and Free software in general; using just words. It has truly and completely changed my life both in computing and outside of it.I now view software and technology completely differently, and, if it wasn't for #FOSS, I might be doing something completely different; oblivious of the dangers of proprietary garbage like #windows.I pray that I have many and much more eventful years in the future, InshaaAllah!(2/2)
