So, I ordered a couple more base-layer tops. They never arrived (after more than two weeks). I raised the non-arrival via Ebay. I received a refund on Friday.I then ordered the same thing again, this time via Amazon.*Both* orders arrived this morning. 🙄 Regardless, I'm going to keep them.

@penguin42 Yes. Mountain Warehouse. I thought the two channels might employ different delivery methods. They did, but, the "final mile" delivery was by the same courier.

It is even worse than I first assumed.When I first complained about the non-delivery, Mountain Warehouse said they were going to send another two tops via an express service. Shortly after this they refunded my purchase. I thought they had changed their mind.What arrived to-day was the original order, plus the express delivery items. The alternative Amazon order I placed has yet to arrive. I've been notified that it is too late to cancel the Amazon order.Very soon I will have 6 tops. 😮

This just gets better, and better.The Amazon order arrived this morning. That's the Amazon package shown at the bottom of the attached photo. The Amazon package contained 2x double packets of the base-layer. I was only charged for two.This means I now have *EIGHT* base-layers, and only paid for two. At this rate I'll soon have more stock than Mountain Warehouse. 😃

@fitheach My wife had a different issue with Rab a few years ago. She ordered a top from them. When the package arrived it included two down padded jackets (worth about £130 each) that she didn't order and wasn't charged for. She emailed them a few times to try to return them but they didn't reply. She gave up and kept them. Luckily one fits her and one fits me and even better they are different styles and colours. I hate seeing couples wearing the same thing unless they're in a team.
