       @Andre Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Bannon's judge stop him from arguing that the J6 committee was improperly established and therefore illegitimate (i.e. the subpoena was null and void)?If so, then an appeals court can use that to overturn the judge's ruling. At the same time, they would maintain that you can jail someone for contempt of Congress, as long as congress was following it's own rules. Could this be what the judge was going for all along?
