@matrixsasuke fixed already :(, it loaded just fine both with my own Russian IP and with a Netherlands VPN too (I thought it might be preventing foreign residents from entering so I tried it out)

@SoyMagnus they just don't want to respond to requests by foreigners (NATO members?) since the war i guess. That's why they first returned 418 and now 403.

@matrixsasuke I think that might be the case because I tried it again via phone, the same results with the unprotected connection and a Norwegian VPN (yes if you live in Russia you have VPNs everywhere :blobfoxcrylaugh: )

@kaedechan we have VPNs from everywhere available too i think... too expensive for me... there are a lot of free web proxies from pretty much every country as well tho. EU is just too old and dumb to understand that...

@matrixsasuke no, I meant on all our devices because our censors block a lot of stuff. they did a good job taught everyone how to use it, though, now even my grandmother can connect to a VPN to access Facebook

@matrixsasuke@fedi.absturztau.be @kaedechan@udongein.xyz a lot of russian websites are not accessible from EU: banks, online shops etc. apparently they are protecting themselves from attacks abroad or whatever. i usually do my taxes using a proxy in russia and some folks also have them for torrenting.
