@colonelj This doesn't debunk anything. From Babylon to Judea, and from Judea to Caucasus, there is no claim that Khazars are from the Caucasus. Rather, there was intermixing with people along the way. If I understood it correctly, even the people they mixed with in the Caucasus were migrants from Mongolian Asia.

@colonelj By whom? And as I said, this one study does not contradict anything. You're misunderstanding it. I'm also not sure what you're disputing. Even Google shows Khazaria as a real historic entity. Maybe you could be less vague about abandoning and deboonked claims.

@meticore @colonelj His intention can be separated from evidence and from the theory based on it. The guy in the video sounds extremely Jewish btw. Jews today, in complete opposition to Koestler, pride themselves with their connection to Israelites, to uphold their claims.
