https://www.oracle.com/cloud/free/I used this, just fire up a generic protonmail account or some shit. @Prude has a poastgroid-proof install guide (incomplete) but it will get your basic infrastructure up and runninggetting the fedi software up is a bit trickier but not terribly so if theres step by step instructions, some of the shit is a bit arcane if youre not a computer toucher
