@josh personally i find it funnier to let these types of people rot in prison the rest of their lives. a fair amount of them plan on dying in the actual shooting and being made a cool martyr or whatever. so when they get to live and have to just sit in prison forever and deal with all the various gangs i feel a great joy knowing their plan failed and now they have to live the rest of their life in a box filled with people who dont take too kindly to child murderers.

@Hoss @Herman_Hetherington @josh America doesn't really fuck up when it comes to murderizing its own citizens.And even if it does its usually on a technicality.Stuff like "He should have actually gotten life in prison x3 instead of being killed by the state".The process needed to get there is very long and thorough.Also expensive, which is probably the real reason why oopsies happen so rarely.The fed only goes for it when they are pretty sure they can see the whole thing through.Its not like Chinese killings where you get found guilty and the execution-van turns up at your holding facility within the hour.
