@Shadowman311 How would rent be cheaper than their current interest payments if the mortgage was made pre-inflation and we have post-inflation rents. Unless they have variable rate loans and bought as much house as they could afford when rates were the lowest.So basically brand spanking new home owners might be returning to renting like they did one year ago.

Best of all, she wants to leave her handful of teenage girls to live alone, from 13-19, without any oversight whatsoever. She's pretending she can fly back and forth every other week and thinks it will end up okay. There are so many things wrong with that I can't even condense it down. And her basement is just her house, whoever she lets move in down there will have unfettered access to the entire house. Iāve seen a few do that, everything from tiling the walls to redoing the flooring. Iām all for that. Iāve told the girls in the family that if they want to do projects like that Iām always up for helping.
