(And minus countries that allow copyright for sw output to be grabbed by the software I guess, but those are few.)The current Ai mostly form image from scratch from randomness inspired by learned concepts. If you ask for pasta, it determines where it could make randomness look more like pasta. x steps later and colors and pattern look like pasta - there, pasta drawn from scratch.

@mangeurdenuageI think trademarking is a completely different matter though. Trademarks are trade-marks, these are signs that represent your brand as a whole. Say, a logo or a name of your franchise.
