@D00B @mushroom_soup I was sick twice in two years despite being around people who had covid multiple times on multiple occasions. the first one I was deathly sick for like 12 hours. the sickest I've ever been. had chicken noodle soup and it was gone. was it covid? no idea never got tested. second time I had a sore throat. told a Google app doctor I wanted azithromycin and she gave it to me. 🤷🏻♂️

Sort of. We had a Japanese exchange student staying with us for a week. She tried cooking octopus for us to be nice. It tasted absolutely terrible, overcooked, but told my gf she had to eat it, our guest tried so hard.

The result was a curve (thus the math) where there were "hot lots" with way too much of the active ingredient and "cold lots" which had nothing (and lots of variation in between). It remains a theory though as only the "hot lot" part of the curve is known to the public (mostly), but since the curve is the same across all manufacturers it would suggest a very tight manufacturing process with lots of collusion between all the manufacturers or...they were all just winging it.
