About Social.wideboys.orgFediverse is great. It really is, but in it's current state its near unusable. Due to recent events our side of Fedi has been swamped with people who literally only want to talk about the latest e-celeb drama and have hot takes on politics and racial identity. That's fine. They can do that, that's what Fedi is for, but it's always been my opinion that we should talk about what we love more than what we hate.I love beefyboys.win, but we too got a little bogged down in the bants and the trolling. That's why I wanted to start this instance. I want somewhere where we can just talk about video games, anime, sports, etc. without it becoming constant shitflinging over doomerism and "praxis". As such, my first move was to defederate Poa.st. Its regrettable but poast is nothing more than an e-celeb worshipping instance. I pray one day this changes but for now it is what it is.Anyone is welcome here, whether on the instance, the Discord, wherever as long as you aren't using it as a platform to shit fling or just generally be a nuisance. SWBO is for discussing thing's we enjoy, not for fucking with people.Registrations are completely open and I invite everyone who wants to just enjoy their hobbies to join.

Aside from some petty stuff, everyone on Fedi mostly does get along (save for Mastatroons). The common theme of bullshit is mostly Poast, that's why my first move was to defederate them. I dont want to hear about Ralph. I dont want to hear about Fuentes. I dont want to hear the latest white nationalist podcaster talking point. I want to talk about video games, college football, and anime.
