       After hours and still going down.Imagine what happens in a week when everyone who is trying to close their accounts actually succeeds??So far, PayPal has given me 3 different reasons why it can't close my account YET.I'm certainly not alone.

       @shecky2000 I received an email from Paypal acknowledging my "request" to close my account. They will respond in 30 days after reviewing state and local laws for compliance. Ugh. Creeps.
