       @keith @Johncdvorak @YorkshireTea The Prep Act has an exception for recklessness, but no judge will dare find their conduct reckless as a matter of law, even if it was, and any appeal will reverse a jury's determination to that effect.I'm at the point where I'd be willing to hold a constitutional convention to determine the guilt of those involved and to adopt the findings, convictions, and punishments as an amendment.

Makes you wonder how bad things will have to get to break the spell ?I know of plenty here in UK who just took the latest 'booster' or are booked in and ready to go !
