@Wormwood @deprecated_ii If it's fitted incorrectly you can pinch your nerves/blood vessels which can cause several issues. This can be fixed with a simple fitting, most bike shops can help you with this.

@johnbudd1350 I had a serious injury to my left leg with a bunch of complications a long time ago and during recovery I found any kind of "cycling" activity to be almost worthlessit's good if it works for you but I got a lot more out of rowing and barbell lifts, heavy squats in particular. if I hadn't started doing barbell squats on my own initiative my leg would still be fucked up today
