You'd really want a food processor for that, preferably a robocoup. Blenders don't have the right blade geometry for something like a hand. You'd have to then push it through a sieve to get all the bone bits out but then you could season it and form it into a patty and bread it and fry it into a nugget.Lot easier to just braise it and let the feet fall of the bones or eat it like the Chinese do with chicken feet and just suck the flesh off after it becomes gelatinous.
