       @jinxd the last one cannot be used since it is discrimination against those without children. I usually avoid the words family, kids, etc when creating listings.

       @codeHaiku They use that here all the time....It's just silly how these listings here have turned into interior decoration ads.  Closeups of olive oil bottles, and the "designer" facuet, doesn't make up for a rotten basement.

       @codeHaiku ..best one, went to a viewing, and they had made fresh home made cinnamon buns.  Lovely! Ehh...yeah, that will be the sole reason I buy an apartment or house.

       @jinxd That is very psychological. Cinnamon has been proven in some scientific/culinary studies as being the most favored scent amongst makes. So, cinnamon-centric foods are a clear win. I am a sucker for cinnamon rolls.
