Yeah it's a shame, her mental illness is very poorly controlled. That said, I have seen her do some absolutely hilarious collaborations with other streamers like PaymoneyWubby and CodeMiko. I hope she gets some help.

If you look at her recent vods you'll frequently see her room a complete neckbeard nest, her hair and makeup a mess, and then she will ramble and rant about things she really should stay out of (like the Mizkif drama, etc). Then she will delete the vod, tweet about taking a break and staying offline, then will come back and do it again a few days later. I really think she needs some inpatient treatment at this point.

@chudbere @PeeCola @Subject24 While I don't watch her content personally I think she should leave if it's taking a tull on her mental health. Worse case she ends up streaming in a broken down RV and having TTS calling her slurs in public. I don't think she's heading down that anytime soon but you can never be sure of people.
