Wait do most people really have breakfast at work?I wake up a good hour before I need to be at work so I can drink coffee and eat. I know people will bring/make coffee to drink at work, but is that really the norm? How can they operate a vehicle so early in the morning 😩

@Tepid_Tapir I never used to eat breakfast. I usually eat once a day so if I have breakfast I'll have a really small dinner. how do people eat three full ass meals daily?

@graf @Tepid_Tapir I work up a powerful hunger during the summer, but I'm usually doing a shit-ton of work, too. If I'm doing carpentry and shit, or heavy yard work, I gotta at least have some breakfast to start off and a sandwich and some chips for lunch.

@graf My breakfast is about a handful of dry cereal or a piece of bread. If I don't have breakfast, my hands start to shake which isn't too good when you're trying to place catheters. I actually feel sick every morning so eating is a chore in the AM.The s/o used to work in a lumber mill and that mother fucker ate like you wouldn't fucking believe. I feel bad for people with jobs like that because you don't get paid a lot and you expend so much energy you eat like a woman who's pregnant with twins

@Tepid_Tapir yeah I could never eat that much even physically exerting myself I would maybe have lunch but very infrequently. I understand it though. I just pop a lot of caffeine via coffee or tablets 🤷♂️

@wit Most of the time I try to take lunch I get interrupted and end up working through most of it anyway, so I avoid it when possible.

You guys are eating ??I usually eat just one too. It's either dinner at like 11 or noon, or supper after 6 in the evening. I can't make it to breakfast. I only wake up with enough time to take a shit, throw on clothes, head out the door and make it to work exactly 3 minutes late every day. (I have become too valuable to fire.)
