@aurochaThis article on the Atlantic is artificially trying to frame Musk at what he isn't and what he didn't do.I would especially detest the claims about way to save twitter or Facebook therein. Actually the ideas of more freedom of speech, and for ones unable to digest it, the way to declare it clearly, as well as more transparency and openness for content referrral algorithms, as well as a few competing algorithms it one general very customizable ones, are the only ways both to make the legacy socnets survive, and maybe even get an edge over open source solutions. At least the ones available today.@Gargron

Proponents will import various structures into their systems and claim those would continue just fine under radical freedom. But that's philosophical just sewing.Freedom without moderation means murdering your neighbours. It means the freedom to oppress, the freedom to be king.Some freedoms are not welcome and must be moderated. Freedom is carefully negotiated, not mindlessly guaranteed.
