I think Keffals is trying to leapfrog their grift into bigger circles targeting Tucker and Walsh and others. Actually, Destiny should agree to join Keffals for the debate but he should run his own live stream of it for his own viewers as part of the agreement to have the debate. That would be a reasonable counter by subverting Keffals expectations that it will result in growth for his channel.
