If "Youtube Team was working hard" his vids would would be recommended to everyone and have millions of fake views like that one nigger chick that decided to live in a van a couple of years ago. Her views went from nothing to hundreds of millions overnight, but she got dropped because she didn't catch on organically.

That said, they probably won't get in trouble for this. Being that it's YouTube, it makes sense to encourage people to view your video for reasons other than the fact it has an ad. I've usually seen this rule enforced on static websites who do shit like put a giveaway sign-up form on a page packed with ads, then instruct people to view that page 10 times or click three ads before competing the form to increase their chances of winning.

No, that's not what he said. He said he has a 'youtube team'. He has a personal team, not the staff at youtube directly. If the staff at youtube were working with Keffals, he wouldn't have been demonetized.
