       @PakkonenCT ive not bought treasury notes before. So my thinking is its opposite of buying stocks at  low and waiting for the rise. If im right ? It would be good to start buying treasury notes in a cost based average of a bit every week fashion. Anyone know? @Johncdvorak ?
