       @Tepid_Tapir joking around and talking to friends can help in the short term but I find reading or going to church to provide longer lasting relief. I'm reading Dune for the first time and it's been providing a fantastic way to get out of my own head for a few minutes at a time

       @Tepid_Tapir If I'm not doing good, drink.If I'm doing a little better, I take my dog to the park. It always makes me feel better, because even if I can't be happy she can just instantly have pure joy as soon as she sees me throw a tennis ball.
