       I only use Steam (rarely GOG) for games and I buy my games outright. None of that gamepass bullshit.  Pirate literally everything else, haven't given Hollywood a dime of my money in years.

       @PhoBingas @heavens_feel but seriously. is pirating a product the company no longer monetizes morally wrong? Working Designs exited the market decades ago. If i pirate LunarSSS or Alundra would I be stealing from a corpse? Grave robbing? Or am I picking up discarded 0's and 1's?

       Defunct games are just abandonware. The only games I feel bad about pirating are indie games. Half the big game companies pay next to no taxes anyway. Don't let game companies gaslight you.

       @PhoBingas @peepeepoopooman If it's a game that's currently out, and I want to support it ( I think the game is good, I have no beef with the company that made it, etc.) I'll buy a copy. I want to encourage companies to make more games that I like. But old titles are mostly abandoned, as others have said, so I don't feel bad about emulating old games.
