@SwattySquad @DickMolesterson It's a simple dish so the ingredients must be high quality. Russet potatoes boiled, blanched then fried golden to have that mashed potatoes interior with a cryspy shell, fresh curds, curds don't completely melt so you get that melted taste with the fresh chewy texture, and the gravy must be salty chicken/beef with veggies notes
