But they also don't have to refer to a student's preferred names regardless of paperwork if they feel doing so ‘would violate their constitutionally protected rights.’”This sure doesn’t sound like protecting parental rights or anyone else’s rights, since I seem to remember a certain sweater vest guy running on that.I also remember the media creating an avalanche of Critical Race Theory panic because the Democrat running used common sense and said education PhD’s should have a say in creating student curriculum.Nothing the far right (and let’s be serious, Youngkin is with them) likes is within a thousand miles of genuine popularity.        @TonyStark All Republicans are bad Republicans. Even the ones who are labeled less bad are against voting rights and a woman's right to choose and trans rights. Vote them out.
