       @PowerOfSin i wouldn't worry about this you aw it they haven't change their rules since 2020 and the tags for loli and slave work in the search bar to be ho9nest i said this before but i think this is a case of the creator could have gotten sloppy with the censoring or something like that maybe it was glitch too bc im seeing a lot of other artist posting those and even using them in titles and now seems to get their work removed just this one person

       @PowerOfSin yeah you are right about that but this doesnt change the fact that you can use the search bar to look for loli, slave and jk there is even an assigned tag for all for them but lets say is true they are banning words on titles why is this the only creator to be hit by it then im just saying no one should start panicking by something that doesn't seem likely yet at least.

       @PowerOfSin @xephion well, baraag is in no danger as long koi has the law on his side - they have to change the us law for baraag to be illegal which i highly doubt to be happen soon - as for the access of nsfw pictures on baraag - the user is in charge to mark his nsfw posts as nsfw - that way they get blurred when accessing baraag without an mastodon account - if you have an mastodon (doesnt matter what instance) you can set your settings to show nsfw anytime or filter them out...

       @PowerOfSin @xephion ye, but without an mastodon account you cant unblurr the image, and for the use of mastodon you have to agree that you are old enough, that leaves baraag out of any law binding -. if you are a minor and still visit the site, then its your responsibility (or the one of your parents) - so everything is in full consent with the law - thats how it should be actually

       @PowerOfSin hm... ok, i just tested that, you are right, well, thats an issue, but not necessairily against the law - i am not sure if this is a bug or has something todo with the general mastodon structure - for me the warning is like on twitter and they have the law on their site - baraag allows loli cuz it doesnt care for society rules - twitter could actually allow it too, cuz its free speech acording to us-law, but they dont cuz it's "obscene"
