       @fishidwardrobe Paying for #Britannica gave me access to the first edition of the encyclopedia. Funnily enough, they pre-fix it with:"Today, some of the first edition’s gaps and errors may seem charming. Some are incomprehensible. Others are racist and destructive."A confession of the past, no doubt.
