If you had a group call going with all ~80 million right-wingers in America, free of censorship and suppression, they could sort things out in a few days. However, outside obligations, severe censorship, and increasing levels of state terrorism against dissidents make coordination hard to achieve, and coordination is required for the sort of major effort that would be needed here. Further complicating matters is that the left's political class wants power over the country, whereas the establishment GOP cares only about maintaining control over the GOP - the people who are supposed to organize the right actively sabotage right wing organization, and the boomers who grew up in a functional, high-trust society don't have the mental software to process that.Note also that humans are game-theoretic creatures. They balance risk and reward, meaning that if speaking out is dangerous and living standards are still basically okay, speaking out will be rare. The ability to move to more like-minded areas reinforces this - conflict is a last resort for humans, and when a D can move to NY and an R can move to FL instead of fighting each other, fighting will be relatively rare. People revolt when doing so is the best way to keep themselves alive, not when it's ideologically desirable.These things are also why Europe saw higher rates of vax protesting - Americans, even in liberal areas, didn't have to deal with the same kind of lockdowns, and in conservative areas absolutely none of the coronavirus stuff was going on at all. It was much easier to move somewhere similar than to quit your job, withdraw your life savings for legal fees, and camp out in front of the state governor's house until he sic'd the FBI on you. If EU governments continue being subservient to NATO through the winter, and Russian gas does not resume, we will get to observe how food shortages and lower living standards increase incentives to solve the coordination problem behind opposing a government that makes use of mass censorship.
