@Hampture @deVoid Someone else said gleasonator, that might be worth looking at too. There's a decent variety of folks between FSE and gleasonator. You'd still be able to interact with anyone at poast or FSE or gleasonator or hundreds of other servers you like or block anyone you don't really like, but since you're flying different colors you wouldn't be bullied into saying nigger. Both are actively moderated and have communities too. Dunno if you'd fit right in but they wouldn't be a free for all.

@deVoid @Hampture There's a button on the right hand side of the toolbar on this site (Assuming you're on your computer) that says Start Your Own Instance which should step you through the process. Ideally you just need a server with some unix whatever crap, a domain, and to install the pleroma software and frontend, and the Start your own instance link has guides to help you with every step and suggestions how to get a domain and server on the cheap and an auto installer for the software if you really want to just make it easy. This is a service that poast admins threw together so you won't see it on other servers, so if you're keen on making your own server you may want to check that out before you depart.Of course the free options suggested there are more meant for "1-3 man tops" tier instances. If you wanted to make something big you would probably need to spring for a bigger server.
