       Nope. He would have been hog-tied with wire coat hangers until cops arrived. No "leave now" to it. That wouldn't serve to protect the more defenseless that he WOULD then go after.And it would have stuck, as I wouldn't have been in an area known for catch and release for rapists, murderers and other felons.Don't make that shit someone else's problem.
